Analytics

I use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited, from which kind of device and how fast they load. They don’t use cookies or identify individuals. I also record general actions, such as opening the contact form or downloading the résumé, without storing what you type.

I also use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to measure visits and conversions in aggregate. It only runs on daniel-pereda.dev and never receives what you type in the form, your email address or your phone number. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies; you can block them in your browser or with Google’s opt-out add-on.

I don’t use advertising pixels or share information with third parties for advertising. The hosting provider may process technical logs needed to serve the site.

Browser preferences

The experimental “Daniel OS” view stores your language choice in your browser’s local storage; you can remove it by clearing the site’s data. The 3D demos use prepared data and don’t send your interactions to any AI service.

Contact form

The contact form doesn’t send or store data on a server: it only prepares a message that opens in WhatsApp or your email app, as you choose, so you can review and send it yourself.

Email and external links

If you message me on WhatsApp, email or call me, I’ll use what you share to answer your inquiry and discuss the opportunity or project. WhatsApp (Meta), GitHub, LinkedIn and other linked sites have their own privacy policies.
